• We cook "low and slow" BBQ, Rhode Island style, which means:
    • Simple Seasonings
    • The BBQ should be so good, you don't want sauce
      • We will have sauce on the side, if you wish :)
  • We cook with wood, only !
    • No charcoal, propane, or electricity
    • We feel strongly about this
  • Average cook times are:
    • Pork Ribs: 5 hours
    • Pulled Pork: 8-10 hours
    • Beef Ribs: 8 hours
    • Beef Brisket: 12-16 hours
